At Pranvee, we stand proudly behind the quality of our anti-tarnish jewellery. We offer a 6-months limited warranty from the date of delivery on all eligible products purchased directly from our official website or authorized partners.

✅ What This Warranty Covers:

• Tarnishing beyond normal use, despite following our official Care Guide strictly.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

If your jewellery tarnishes or shows signs of wear that seem unusual within the warranty period, we’ll repair, replace, or offer a partial refund—at our discretion.

❌ What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

To keep things transparent, please note that our warranty is voided if the jewellery is exposed to:

• 🧪 Acids, chemicals, alkali, or alcohol-based substances

• 💧 Perfumes, hand sanitizers, lotions, or cleaning agents

• 💥 Damage from drops, impacts, or rough handling

• 🛁 Improper storage or prolonged exposure to water beyond normal usage

• 🕳️ Lost or stolen products

• ⚒️ Customized or altered jewellery

📩 How to Claim Your Warranty:

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at help@pranvee.com with the subject:
"Warranty Claim – Order #PRANVEE"

Kindly include the following:

• Your full name and registered contact details

• Your Order ID

• A clear unboxing video

• Photos/videos showing the problem area(s) clearly

🔍 Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and get back with next steps.

🔧 Resolution Options:

If your claim is valid, we’ll offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Product repair

• Replacement with the same or a similar product

• A partial or full refund (only when repair/replacement isn’t possible)

📦 Return Shipping Process:

• You may self-ship the product to our warehouse (address will be shared upon approval).

• Or, request a pickup service for ₹250 (prepaid).

Your jewellery is 100% anti-tarnish and water/sweat proof, but for maximum longevity:

• 🚫 Keep away from acidic and chemical substances

• 💨 Store in a dry, air-tight pouch away from humidity

• 🧼 Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each use

Pranvee's responsibility is limited to the original purchase value of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
