Yes! We offer a 7-day refund/replacement policy in case of any color issues or damage on delivery. 👉 Note: An unboxing video without cuts is mandatory for claims.

No. Our jewellery does not turn black or green with proper care. However, improper use (contact with harsh chemicals, acids, alcohol, etc.) may reduce its life.
