We offer 2 Types of Delivery Options for all products.

At Pranvee, we prioritize your shopping experience by offering FREE Shipping. We cover the shipping costs to ensure your products reach you safely.

We also offer an EXPRESS Shipping option, for customers who wants faster shipping. EXPRESS Shipping is chargeable of ₹50.

When you place your order, please provide your complete address along with the nearest landmark and accept the order when the courier partner comes for delivery.

For Prepaid orders: We offer ₹50 DISCOUNT along with FREE shipping. There is no order verification time. We will ship your order within 1 working day, and we will try to get it delivered to you within 3–4 days.

We appreciate your understanding that returns can incur losses for us.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: For those who prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), ₹100 will be charged to collect the cash
by the courier company.

Please note that COD orders require a verification process, so expect 1-2 days for order verification, an additional day for processing, and a total delivery time of about 4 to 5 days.

We offer a 7-days return and exchange policy in case of wrong/defective item delivery.

Returns or exchanges without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

What does the 6-month warranty cover?

It covers tarnishing beyond normal use.

What is not covered?

Damage from accidents, improper use, achid, chemicals, alkali, alcohol, perfumes, or any salty water.

How to claim the warranty?

Email us at help@pranvee.com with your order ID, details of the issue, and clear photos/videos. Our team will review and assist within 3-5 business days.

Shipping for warranty claims

You can either:
1. Ship the product to us at your own cost, or
2. Opt for our pickup service by paying ₹250.

Care tips:

1. Wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth after every use.
2. Always store your jewellery in a flat box to avoid
   accidental scratches.
3. Keep sprays, perfumes, soaps, shampoos, handwashes and anything contains acid, chemical, alkali away from your jewellery.
